Information collected

BARBOR may receive information a customer chooses to provide, such as name, email address, order number, support message, shipping details, and order information. Hosting providers may also process ordinary technical logs such as IP address, browser, device, requested page, and timestamps for security and service operation.

Payments

When online checkout is enabled, payment-card information is handled by the selected payment provider. BARBOR does not need to store full card numbers in this website.

How information is used

Information is used to operate the storefront, fulfill and support orders, prevent abuse, communicate about requested service, maintain records, and understand aggregate site performance.

Sharing and retention

BARBOR uses service providers only as needed for hosting, payments, delivery, support, security, or business operations. Information is retained only as reasonably needed for those purposes and applicable recordkeeping obligations. BARBOR does not sell customer conversation or support data to advertisers.
